Product Use and Safety
Bumblechutes products must be used, stored, and disposed of according to the instructions, warnings, and intended uses provided on the product label, packaging, website, or accompanying materials.
Unless expressly identified as edible, Bumblechutes products are not intended for ingestion. References to food-grade ingredients or food-safe finishes do not mean that a product is intended to be consumed.
Any representation that a finish is food-safe applies only when the product is used as directed and, when applicable, allowed to cure fully under suitable conditions. Cure time and performance may vary based on temperature, humidity, airflow, surface preparation, wood species, application thickness, and other environmental factors.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their particular material, project, environment, and intended use. Always test the product in an inconspicuous area before completing a full application.
Certain oils, finishes, solvents, and application materials may require specific handling or disposal procedures. Follow all label directions carefully. Oil-soaked cloths, paper towels, applicators, and similar materials must be handled and disposed of properly because they may generate heat and present a fire risk.
Bumblechutes is not responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from misuse, improper storage, improper disposal, failure to follow instructions, use on an unsuitable material, modification of a product, or use for an unintended purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits any product warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Orders and Acceptance
Your submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order before shipment. Reasons may include:

- Cannot be combined unless expressly permitted
- Have no cash value
- May be limited by product, customer, order, or date

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, supply disruptions, incorrect addresses, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional charges may apply if an order is returned, redirected, or reshipped because the address entered during checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

Purchases Through Other Retailers
Products purchased through Amazon, Rockler, or another retailer are subject to the purchasing retailer’s payment, shipping, return, and refund policies.
Bumblechutes cannot directly refund an order for which payment was collected by another retailer. Product-quality concerns may still be submitted to Bumblechutes for review.
Accounts
You may be able to create an account to manage orders or access certain website features.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Restricting access to your account and devices
- Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorized access
